  5.     Mutants who choose the @0C@Optic Blast@07@ as their gifted power can emit a
  6.     high energy beam from the retina of their eyes.  This blast is
  7.     powerful enough to blast through many objects and can destroy your
  8.     weaker enemies.  There are downfalls to having this power as well.
  9.     Some facilities within the city require an optical retina code in order
  10.     to gain entry.  Since you must wear a visor to restrain your power from
  11.     continuously emitting, you cannot use the optical recognition devices.
